Artisans Development Group, LLC is a certified MBE in the state of Florida. We bring over 25 years of executive leadership and multidisciplinary experience in the public, nonprofit and private sectors, focusing on creating sustainable solutions for clients.
Our Team also provides Design, Construct, real estate consulting, grant writing, project development and build Assistance.
We are experienced in working with diverse populations, underserved communities, and small and minority businesses through out the state of Florida, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio. We develop tailored plans and processes for small and minority business, marketing strategies to gain access to new opportunities, outreach and recruiting for the public sectors that need to meet specific goals with a hands-on approach.

Wen DeSue is an entrepreneur, advisor and consultant, focused on building teams for vertical build developmental opportunities. With over 15 years of experience in development, his specific focus has been to bring individuals together for various phases of the developmental process, from conception of “the idea”, to the completion of the same. His background has included teambuilding for acquisition of properties in the development of schools, senior living facilities and multi-family housing. In various capacities, Mr. DeSue has contributed to the development of over $40MM+ in housing and community development throughout Tampa Bay, Florida.
A Florida native, raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Mr. DeSue obtained a business degree from the University of North Florida, Masters of Organizational Development and Business Management from National-Louis University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, in partnership with the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, with specific emphasis on transformational leadership, complex project management and strategic planning.

Stephany DeSue is the Owner/Vice President of “Artisans Development Group LLC” and has over 25 years in working with small and minority businesses and the construction industry. Artisans Development Group, LLC has a passion to help others and provide resources for growth to businesses and communities. Mrs. DeSue is experienced in working with diverse populations, underserved communities, HUBZones and small and minority businesses throughout the state of Florida, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio. Mrs. DeSue develops tailored plans, marketing strategies to gain access to new opportunities, outreach and recruiting for the public/private sectors that contracted to meet specific goals with a hands-on approach.
Stephany DeSue recently worked on a $75M Hillsborough County School project as the Diversity and inclusions Manager, hiring small and minority contractors to participate in the project. The total award in contracts to the small and minority businesses was a little over $11M. Mrs. DeSue has received various awards for her work as contractor with the Housing Authority of DC and Baltimore MD. Her work with DC Housing Authority and Baltimore Housing Authority provided on the job training programs for underserved communities following the guidelines under Section 3 programs. Mrs. DeSue has also written grants which were awarded in total of $1.4M for a non-profit organization located in Manatee County to provide Self Sufficiency programs and resources to the local community.
